Our Broker, is a dually licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer. Frustrated with the high fees and lack of transparency that she has seen many clients experience, Dr. Aprill studied to complete her training and licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer. In her quest for a lender that put people over profits, she finally partnered with Nonprofit Mortgage to help those clients who need down payment assistance and to help all clients save money on lender fees. 

Working in a dual capacity as a Broker/MLO saves clients time and money. While clients are free to work with any lender or bank, we recognize that not all clients meet those lending requirements, and offer this partnership as a service rather than a sales pitch.
