Before launching Harmon Realty Group, Dr. Harmon spent over 15 years working in roles centered on client advocacy, decision-making under pressure, and navigating complex systems. That experience shapes the firm’s boutique model: fewer clients, deeper service, and customized strategies tailored to each buyer’s goals.
