I felt I was ready to purchase a home due to the rapid increase of apartment rent. I had been saving and working on my credit for a few years so I was pretty confident that I would be approved. But, I did not know where to start and there are so many realtors in the industry now. Knowing that April has a vast background in real estate industry I looked her up. I asked April where do I start and she was very knowledgeable of leading me to the right place to get started. April was very knowledgeable of different locations around the DFW area and was able to answer any questions I had. After visiting a few locations she was able to tell if I would be interested in certain properties. When I found the house I felt was for me she was able to coach me on how to bid and during the closing process she helped me along the way as well. April was very active through the whole process and if I had a question regardless the method of contact she responded promptly. I highly recommend April as a real estate professional.
